"Enlightened and caring" legislators will load the plans offered through the exchanges with so many mandated coverages that they will not be affordable. Unsubsidized individuals will opt to assume a reasonable level of risk in exchange for more affordable premiums. The only participants left in the exchanges will be subsidized buyers.<br />This is clear to those of us who come from either a Single Payer or a Private Market perspective but it's a mystery to the naive academics and political elites who designed and passed PPACA based on computer simulations.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
